Below is a list of pricing guides based on the services Code Nine offers. This is a guide only, as your unique requirements may vary pricing. Please feel free to call us! We offer discounts for those experiencing hardship, domestic violence and/or hold a pension card.

Personal Service - $139.00

Process Service of documents pertaining to Family Law, Divorce, Real-Estate, Complaint & Summons. This includes;
Three (3) service attempts.
Affidavit of Service.
Printing included (up to 30 pages).

Personal Service in Regional VIC - $199.00

Service address is 50km outside of the Melbourne CBD. This includes three (3) service attempts.

Personal Service Location Unknown - $300.00**

Locating and Serving documents on individuals who are avoiding service or whose address is unknown. Prices subject to change on individual circumstances.

Express Process Serve - +$79.00

Same day service (24hrs) and filing of affidavit(s).
